Pathaan has rewritten the record books since its release. The film crossed the $15 million mark in North America, becoming the second Indian film to do so after Baahubali 2. It also crossed $10 million in the United States and $5 million in Canada, the latter being the first ever for an Indian film. In Gulf, UAE crossed $7 million, overtaking Dangal to become the highest-grosser in the country. Through the third weekend, the film stands at $12.85 million in Gulf, with the final number expected to be around $14 million. Similarly, it is closing on GBP 4 million in the United Kingdom, with the total through Sunday being GBP 3.88 million. The film has also done huge numbers in Germany, France, Nordics and other European markets. South East Asia has also seen big numbers, with Malaysia closing on $1 million and Indonesia with $400K. Singapore’s performance could have been stronger, it remains significant at $500K.
