Meta-owned social messaging app WhatsApp is reportedly working on a new feature for its desktop users which will allow them to share photos and videos in their original quality, preserving their resolution and clarity. The report says that when this feature is rolled out to beta testers, users will still be able to share photos using the standard compression method. Meanwhile, Meta-owned WhatsApp is rolling out a slew of new features that will allow users to share voice messages on their status and facilitate new status reactions on its application. The instant messaging app is also rolling out a new camera mode to some users which will enable hands-free video recording.
